Inserts: Accepted loose or bound in by arrangement. Please call for specifications
Terms & payments: Net 30 days subject to credit references
Publication date: Jan/Feb, Mar/Apr, May/Jun, Jul/Aug, Sep/Oct, Nov/Dec
Copy date: Last week of first month of publication
Agency commission: 10%
Cancellation policy: Cancellation accepted up to 6 weeks prior to publication
